U&I Logistics - On October 21, 2022, more than 7 employees participate in the “Pink Friday” blood donation programme organized by Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) at Saigon Port JSC, donating more than 160 units of blood for the National Institute of Haematology and Blood Transfusion.
With the desire to continue tradition of fellow feeling, U&I Logistics Corporation was pleased to participate in the "Pink Friday" Blood Donation Program - an annual activity of Vietnam Logistics Business Association and its members.
Blood Donation Program is held on the morning of October 21, 2022 at Saigon Port JSC, which has meaning in spreading love, practical support to difficult patients. More than 125 volunteers from 31 enterprises participate in the "Pink Friday". In which, volunteers from U&I Logistics also expressed spirit of sharing love and compassion with "red blood drops".
Voluntary blood donation is a noble and meaningful gesture, leading to a decrease in blood reserves at the Blood Bank. Because each blood drop is not only a wonderful act of giving but is a medicine to save lives and give patients more strength to overcome their disease. In that sense, "Pink Friday" has become one of the familiar social responsibility programs where U&I Logistics employees show enthusiasm for the sharing culture - a proud culture in every employee of U&I Logistics.
