Create and execute branding proposals, advertising materials, e-books, magazines, brochures, folders, packaging, exhibitions, display materials, flyers, and digital assets such as Facebook & LinkedIn posts, online ads, and banners.
Develop design products with high visual impact.
Implement and update corporate branding guidelines, ensuring all design outputs align with company and brand standards.
Prepare rough drafts based on agreed briefs, review final layouts, and suggest improvements where necessary.
Produce short-form videos for digital communication channels including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, websites, display screens, and other platforms.
Design and edit videos for product/service introductions, events, recruitment, branding, and other communication needs as required.
Collaborate with various departments to execute integrated marketing communication campaigns.
Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Report directly to the line manager.

Location: Based in Binh Duong.
At least 1 year of experience in Graphic Design.
Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects for creating motion effects and basic motion graphics.
Proficiency in Canva and other design/video support tools is a plus.
Experience in illustration, storyboarding, and 2D animation is an advantage.
Basic photography and videography skills.
Competent in image processing, video editing, audio editing, and subtitling.
Ability to translate briefs or complex information into intuitive, brand-aligned, and easy-to-understand visual/video concepts.
Strong foundation in color theory, layout, and typography; highly creative with a logical mindset; capable of simplifying complex data into engaging creative designs.
